Is personal collection possible?

• Personal collection is possible at the distribution warehouse at: Na Klínku 1430, Náchod (only after telephone agreement).
  How much does shipping and packaging cost?

We send packages via the PPL/DHL, Zásilkovna shipping company

• Packages up to 30 kg - 15 EUR
• Packages over 30 kg - 20 EUR
• The prices listed include packaging
• For orders over 200 EUR, we pay for the shipping!

I received information that you sent my order, but the package is nowhere to be found…

• We send packages via the PPL/DHL, Zásilkovna shipping company. If the package has not arrived at your specified delivery address within 2 days of receiving the email with confirmation of shipment, please contact us and we will immediately arrange a remedy.
